Called Archie’s at the recommendation of another plumber when my gas hot water heater went out. It was a late Friday afternoon and they were there within an hour with a new water heater and replaced the old one! They were professional, friendly and their prices were so reasonable! Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Billings area!

Emergency - no hot water. Ran to one of the big home improvement stores for help. Four days later we got a quote. The day we got it we called Archie’s. Big store told us we could only make a 30 gal heater work and they could get it done in a couple of days for $2500! Archie’s got a quality 50 gal unit in same day for $1300! Superior work. Embarrassed to say I was living in this old house with a 32 year old water heater! One day it decided it had enough, and sprung a leak. Not only did Josh respond to my cry for help by stopping by and looking at it that night, but found me a replacement and swapped it out within the same week! Not all heroes wear capes! Had my main sewer line start backing up in my basement.  Wasn’t sure what the problem was but Josh at Archie’s Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who recently used his services. Made an appointment with his company and Josh came out and used a professional grade auger to snake my sewer line all the way to the main sewer. Then he sent a camera all the way through and we could see several huge root balls growing in the pipe. Guy was great and allowed me to watch him do his thing. Charged me a fair price and discussed some other options to remove the rest of the roots completely with another company that he trusts. I will be using Archie’s plumbing again. Great company!
